We’re currently seeking Sales Assistants to support our Sales Account Executives and help drive the most opportunistic environment for our salesforce. You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role, keeping things running smoothly while ensuring our brokers can focus on what they do best, selling and serving our clients. This role is Monday-Friday, in-person at our Crestview Hills, KY location.
Position Overview:
We are looking for highly organized and proactive Sales Assistants to work directly with our freight brokers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in communication, and has strong organizational skills. You’ll play a key role in the success of our sales team by keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate can:
Book and coordinate appointments for Sales Account Executives
Handle incoming broker emails quickly and professionally
Build and manage loads accurately within our system
Support the sales process and contribute to a high-functioning team environment
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
The ideal candidate has:
2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email communication platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities
A collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting others
Self-motivation, determination, and a hard work ethic are a must!
