We are looking for Sales and Operations officer for our sister Company *Al Tawfiq Freight Services* to join our team.
Requirements:
2-3 years of shipping experience.
Very good communication skills.
Very good English skills.
Sales Character.
Job description:
– Arranging face-to-face meetings and Sales Calls with new potential clients and existing clients.
– Seeking and following up on sales leads.
– Responsible for the End-to-End customer experience, handling the operation from a-z shipments (including all Incoterms).
– Strong verbal and written communication to engage with clients and team members.
– Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing effectively.
– Negotiating terms with carriers, booking cargo space, and making payments
– Managing customs clearance procedures and transport documents.
– Seeking and following up on sales leads
– Tracking and communicating shipment status with clients in real-time
– Checking that shipments are delivered on time.
– Resolving issues including discrepancies and delayed arrivals, customs release
– Coordination of all modes of transport (sea, air, and land)
– Customer service and handling incoming calls from customers relating to Import/Export operations and shipment information.
