Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Frankfurt for a Sales and Customer Service Executive at Cargo Crew GSSA. The role involves managing key account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback and overseeing customer service management on a day-to-day basis.

Fluency in German/English. Additional languages are a plus
Previous experience in the logistics or airline industry (at least 2 years)
