Role Description

We are hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive based in Amman to focus exclusively on cold outreach and closing new business. This is not an account management role. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, generating leads, and closing deals consistently. You will be selling freight forwarding solutions (FCL, LCL, air, land) and warehousing services, targeting importers and exporters across multiple markets.

Our internal team handles pricing and operations, so you can focus purely on selling and closing.

This is a results-driven environment with strict KPIs and a strong performance culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through cold outreach (calls, networking, prospecting)
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Consistently close new client accounts (no existing accounts)
  • Build a strong pipeline and maintain deal momentum
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure fast turnaround on quotes and onboarding

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong track record in closing deals
  • Experience in cold outreach and generating leads from scratch
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Highly competitive, target-driven, and comfortable under pressure
  • Able to work in a strict KPI-driven environment

Experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is a strong advantage.

Deal Breakers

  • No proven closing experience
  • No outbound/cold sales experience
  • Weak communication in Arabic or English
