The Role We’re seeking an experienced Sales Professional who embodies our values and can translate our vision. Integrity and Transparency is critical in helping us expand our client base while maintaining our commitment to proactive quality service and trust-building.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and anticipate client needs before they arise
Present comprehensive logistics solutions that create peace of mind
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of promised services
Meet and exceed revenue targets while upholding company values
Provide market insights to help refine our proactive service approach
Represent the company’s vision and values in all client interactions
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the logistics or related industry (2+ years minimum)
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust
Strong listening skills with the ability to anticipate client needs
Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
Passionate to meet or exceed sales targets
Successful communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience
