About the Job
The role of the Roadside Technician in our company is to respond to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, often roadside. When not on service calls, they assist with mounting orders, shop cleaning, and other duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
At least 21 years old
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Training & Compensation
No experience is required; training will be provided. Starting pay is $23/hour, with potential for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tire discounts. There is an on-call rotation requiring after-hours service calls at double pay, with a minimum of 2 hours per call.
