We are a growing heavy haul company looking for a skilled and safety-driven OSOW driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a professional with hands-on experience hauling over-dimensional and heavy equipment using a 6-8 axle RGN trailer setup.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of verifiable experience in oversize/overweight transport, including lowboy and RGN trailer operation. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the demands of specialized freight, and is committed to safety, reliability, and excellence on the road.

Job Duties:
Operate RGN or lowboy trailers to transport oversized/heavy equipment
Load, secure (chains, straps, etc.), and unload cargo independently and with safety-first precision.
Interpret and comply with permit routing, regulations, and instructions for oversize/overweight loads.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Where We Operate:
All 48 States
Majority of runs will be in the Midwest and Southern region
Requirements:
Valid CDL-A
TWIC Card
Able to stay OTR for 4+ weeks out consistently
3+ years of verifiable experience in RGN/lowboy and oversize hauling
2+ years of OTR driving experience
Skilled in securing, loading/unloading, and operating heavy equipment
Must be experienced in tarping
Able to read and follow permit routes and instructions
Proficient in load securement and using chains, binders, straps, tarps, and ramps
Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on safety
Clean MVR – no DUIs or drug-related offenses
Must pass DOT drug screening
Valid DOT Medical Card
Preferred (but not required):
Hazmat endorsement
Tanker endorsement
Doubles/triples endorsement
