## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a flair for engaging with diverse customers in a retail shipping, packaging, and custom printing office environment. We offer shipping services for UPS, FedEx, USPS, international shipments and freight. We also offer full design services for custom printing of all types including banners. Commercial print needs, advertisements. Menus, business cards, booklets, etc.
## Responsibilities
– Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers. Experience with FedEx shipping and packaging a plus.
– Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions for shipping, printing, packaging materials, and private mailbox rentals.
– Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and office organization.
– Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
– Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions
## Skills
– Experience in cash handling and retail math
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to sell products effectively
– Knowledge of technical sales is beneficial
– Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
