Available Position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Repack & Packaging Coordinator to support our sales and transportation teams.
You will be working with our warehouse and packaging partners, Account Managers, and Transportation team to prepare product for resale, keep orders moving, and ensure every shipment meets customer requirements while staying within budget and time constraints.
Opportunities for advancement include Sales and Transportation team positions.
This position is located at our Creve Coeur, MO office. This is NOT a remote position. Office hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinating repack, relabel, and recase projects with warehouse and packaging partners
· Reviewing product specs, date codes, and case configurations for accuracy
· Building and maintaining packaging specifications in company system
· Assisting the Sales Admin team with order processing and truck building
· Assisting the Transportation team with freight movement activities
· Communicating packaging requirements to customers and vendors
· Special projects as requested
Experience:
Qualified candidates will be energetic, self-motivated, and have the following:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word)
· Strong communication skills with internal and external customers using phone, text, and email
· Experience negotiating with vendors
· Strong relationship-building skills
· Familiarity with grocery, CPG, or warehouse operations a plus
· Strong attention to detail
· Skilled in accurate data and order entry
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams
· Experience working independently and within a team
· Ability to “close-the-loop”
