Are you an experienced leader with a background in customer service and e-commerce? TalentPop App is looking for dedicated Team Leads to manage and support our growing team of Virtual Assistants. If you’re passionate about team performance and coaching, we want to hear from you.

Ideal Candidate

At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead and 3 years in Customer Service

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon is a plus

Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom

Proven ability to manage performance, attendance, and KPIs

Experience conducting bi-weekly team coaching and 1-on-1 sessions

Ability to support agent well-being and development

Skilled in performance reporting and analysis

Experience with performance reviews and career development planning

Responsibilities

Monitor and report on agent performance, attendance, and KPIs

Provide regular coaching and support through 1-on-1s and team sessions

Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions and development

Work Schedule

Full-Time, Long-Term

Monday to Friday, US Pacific Time (PST)
