As our Regional Sales Representative, you’ll become the driving force behind Mega Trucking’s continued success by:
Crafting and executing dynamic sales strategies that consistently exceed revenue targets
Pioneering new business relationships through strategic prospecting and industry networking

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate brings:
Industry Expertise: 3-5 years of proven success in transportation or materials (Cement & Aggregate) sales within the Mid-South Region
Technical Knowledge: The understanding of Flatbed Freight, Pneumatic Bulk Tankers, and Aggregate Freight operations
Relationship Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that build lasting client connections
Results Orientation: Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives
Independent Drive: Self-motivation balanced with collaborative teamwork abilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional experience
Mobility: Willingness to travel throughout the Mid-South Region to serve clients effectively
