Expedited Freight is a fast-growing vehicle logistics and transport brokerage firm offering white-glove, expedited shipping services to commercial fleets, dealerships, auctions, and one-time retail clients nationwide. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to help us scale our footprint, grow key accounts, and develop new business in targeted markets. This is a strategic role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business with commercial clients (fleet managers, auctions, dealerships, upfitters, etc.)
Manage inbound leads and coordinate follow-ups using our CRM tools
Deliver customized proposals and close deals with a consultative sales approach
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with dispatch and ops teams to ensure smooth execution of client moves
Represent Expedited Freight at trade shows, conferences, and in-person meetings (travel as needed)
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (logistics, transportation, or fleet management preferred)
Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
High energy, relationship-focused, and goal-driven
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
Familiarity with dealer networks, auctions, or fleet logistics is a huge bonus
