CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Reliable Miles & Competitive Pay

We are seeking experienced CDL-A regional truck drivers looking for steady work, consistent miles, and a strong support system. This position offers predictable routes, reliable home time, and competitive weekly pay, ensuring drivers have both financial stability and work-life balance.
Position Overview
Home Time: 34-hour reset every 12–14 days.
Weekly Mileage: 2,000–2,200 miles on average.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, including 50-60% drop-and-hook and 40-50% live unload.
Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions and modern safety features.
Service Area: Freight runs primarily east of I-35, optimizing efficiency and travel time.
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,300.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after two hours.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Performance Bonus: Additional earnings based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days).

Driver Responsibilities
Operate trucks safely and efficiently while transporting freight.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery records.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Comply with all DOT regulations and safety policies.
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 3 months of OTR experience.
Must pass a hair and urine drug screening.
No felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents on record.
No previous job terminations due to safety violations.
Driving history will be reviewed for traffic violations.
Must be at least 21 years old.
