Headquartered in Dubai, our client is a top supplier of best-quality meat products in the Gulf since 2017, partnering with hundreds of restaurants, hotels, caterers, processors, and airlines (B2B), and offering an exclusive channel for consumer through Ecom, as well as retail distribution.
In its rapidly growing phase, our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic and result-driven Regional Marketing Manager-Middle East & Africa who can ensure best market execution of proper portfolio in the local markets.
Regional Marketing Manager ME & Africa
Key objective of the role:
To ensure the best market execution of a proper portfolio in the local markets.
Job description:
Possesses deep knowledge of local consumers’ preferences and behaviours & shares it with key stakeholders
Contributes to the international marketing portfolio strategy based on regional expertise and local market requirements
Defines the portfolio to play by category in the cluster of the countries in scope
Leads development of creative activation for the entitled region & the related strategic customers
Develops regional marketing calendar to promote turkey meat brands in devoted region
Activates non-price promo of portfolio (BTL, POSM, digital, merchandising)
Manages marketing budget to support the key initiatives
Ensures best-in-class execution in field (PICOs, OBPPC)
Effectively arranges & controls price positioning & promotional activities
Makes proper effectiveness analysis of all the activities made ROI)
In charge of portfolio profitability

Requirements:
university degree
6+ years in marketing, trade marketing, category management in food or FMCG (preferably in the meat category but not limited to)
strong knowledge of local market ( consumers, agencies, competitors, partners)
