CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Consistent Miles & Competitive Pay

Position Details
Home Time: 34-hour reset every 12–14 days.
Average Weekly Mileage: 2,000–2,200 miles.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, including drop-and-hook and live unload.
Equipment: Well-maintained, late-model automatic trucks with advanced safety features.
Service Area: Runs primarily east of I-35 for efficient routing.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $1,200 – $1,300 per week.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after two hours.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Performance Bonus: Additional incentives for safety, mileage, and productivity.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days).

Driver Responsibilities
Operate trucks safely and efficiently to transport freight.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate records, including logs and delivery documentation.
Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.
Follow all DOT regulations and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
CDL-A license with at least 3 months of OTR experience.
Must pass hair and urine drug screening.
No felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents on record.
No prior job terminations due to safety violations.
Clean driving history; all traffic violations will be reviewed.
Must be 21 years or older.
