CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Steady Miles & Competitive Pay

We are hiring experienced CDL-A regional truck drivers who are looking for reliable miles, consistent home time, and strong earning potential. Our well-structured routes, modern equipment, and driver-focused operations ensure a smooth experience on the road while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Position Details
Home Time: 34-hour reset every 12–14 days.
Weekly Mileage: Average 2,000–2,200 miles.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop-and-hook and 40-50% live unload.
Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions and safety features.
Service Area: Freight primarily runs east of I-35, ensuring efficient routes.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $1,200 – $1,300 per week.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after two hours.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Performance Bonus: Earn additional pay based on safety and productivity.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days).

Job Responsibilities
Safely transport freight while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and trip records.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Follow all safety and traffic regulations.
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with at least 3 months of OTR experience.
Must pass a hair and urine drug test.
No felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents on record.
No terminations from previous jobs due to safety violations.
All traffic violations will be reviewed.
Must be 21 years or older.
