Job Description: Regional Dispatcher / Inventory Specialist

About the Job:
Energy Aid is seeking candidates with experience in dispatching or inventory management who are eager to advance their careers in Solar Operations/Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Schedule service calls and route service technicians/crews to make necessary repairs and complete tasks.

Schedule projects and provide feedback and reports to management.

Receive and ship materials, as well as conduct inventory counts.

Assist with fleet vehicle documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch or inventory management; 1 year of experience preferred within the solar industry.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move materials up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: This is a full-time position starting at $20+ per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, 401(k), and more.
