Position Summar
We are seeking reliable Class A CDL drivers to join our team for dedicated regional routes originating from Laredo, TX. This role requires unloading freight at retail store locations using roller systems. Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Minimum Weekly Pay: $1,215 (top earners can reach $1,350)
Stop Pay Bonus: $25 per stop
Freight Type: 100% touch freight, unloaded manually via rollers
Route Details: Live unloads at various retail locations
Mileage: Average 2,700 miles per week
Steady, dependable routes with no-touch options not available for this position
Home Time
Return home every week for a 34 to 48-hour reset
Regional driving role (not a local or daily home time position)
Equipment & Trucks
Late-model, well-maintained Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
Slip-seat program in place
Dedicated tractor assignments available after completing a one-week ride-along orientation and training
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate Class A vehicles
Perform freight unloading at customer retail stores
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain open and timely communication with dispatch
Accurately complete logs, reports, and delivery paperwork
Manage multiple stops and ensure on-time deliveries
Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Hold a valid Class A CDL license
Minimum of 3 months verifiable CDL driving experience
Must pass a urine drug screening
Clean MVR and driving history
No DUIs, felonies, or at-fault accidents on record
No misdemeanors within the past 5 years
No previous terminations from driving positions
Comprehensive review of driving history is required
