Regional OTR Dry Van Drivers – Trainee Positions Available
Job Description:
We’re looking for experienced OTR Dry Van Drivers and individuals with no prior experience who are ready to start a career in trucking through our training program. You’ll be transporting freight across the Central and North Central regions. Whether you’re experienced driver or just starting out, we have opportunities for you.
Pay & Benefits:
– Average Weekly Earnings: $1,100 – $1,200
– Mileage : 1,900 miles per week
– Stop Pay: $25 per stop
– Unload Pay: $100 for drop and hook
– Home Time: Flexible schedules based on your route and mileage
Freight & Routes:
– Primary Regions: Central and North Central
– Freight Type: Dry van freight with no-touch lanes
– Lane Details: Minimal challenges, ensuring a smooth driving experience.
Home Time:
– Schedule: 12-14 days out, with home time based on meeting weekly mileage goals (1,900 miles).
– Weekend Work: As needed, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
Equipment:
– Trucks: Late-model, well-maintained dry vans.
– Special Equipment: None required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Safely operate and maintain your vehicle in compliance with all regulations.
– Deliver freight on time and in excellent condition.
– Communicate effectively with dispatchers and managers.
– Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety.
Qualifications:
– Experienced Drivers: At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
– Trainees: No experience needed! We’ll train you from the ground up.
– Must be at least 21 years old
– **Other: Ability to meet mileage targets and work day/night shifts as needed.
