Job Details:
Home Time: Join a specialized fleet designed with drivers in mind. With weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs, we balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving.
Regionalized Freight: Freight for our Southwest Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs.
Average Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
Average Weekly Pay: $1200 gross per week.
Average Length of Haul: 300 miles.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
Responsibilities
Operate a commercial truck to transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes.
Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and deliveries.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving, including operating manual transmission and various trailer types.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
Equipment and Support:
Drive in 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
Get 24/7 access to operations support—no matter the time or day.
Vacation Package:
1 year = 1 week
3 years = 2 weeks
7 years = 3 weeks
15 years = 4 weeks
Pay and Bonuses:
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active OTR driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
Driver Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have at least 3 months verifiable CDL-A experience.
Must have a clean MVR/background check
We are not taking SAP drivers at this time.

Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,400.00 per week
