Our Opportunity
18 Wheels USA is seeking dedicated Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our expanding W2 team for Over-the-Road, Regional, and Dedicated routes. Our operations are concentrated East of the I-35, providing consistent freight and dependable miles. Compensation and Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Professionally operate Class A tractor-trailers in compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
Haul dry van loads primarily throughout the Eastern United States (East of I-35), featuring mostly no-touch freight and a high percentage (approx. 70%) of drop and hook.
Effectively manage routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Accurately maintain electronic logs (ELDs), trip documentation, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs).
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer units.
Uphold all company policies and safety standards.
Driver Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
Experience: We consider drivers with 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience as experienced. We also have excellent entry-level trainee positions for recent CDL school graduates.
For Trainees: Completion of a CDL school program with a minimum of 120 hours of training is required.
A clean driving record (MVR) and a commitment to safety.
Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
