18 Wheels USA is expanding its W2 employee team and seeks motivated Class A CDL Truck Drivers for Over-the-Road, Regional, and Dedicated opportunities. Our routes are primarily East of I-35, ensuring dependable miles and steady freight. Your Role on the Road:
Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers in compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.
Transport dry van loads, primarily East of I-35, with mostly no-touch freight (approx. 70% drop and hook).
Manage routes and schedules efficiently for timely pickups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs), trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs).
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and the team.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional standard.
Driver Requirements:
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
Experience: We welcome drivers with 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. We also have excellent paid trainee positions for recent CDL school graduates.
For Trainees: Must have completed a CDL school program with at least 120 hours of training.
Safety Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and (PSP) report.
Compliance: Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening. Must have a clear FMCSA Clearinghouse status (e.g., no active SAP program participation or unresolved drug/alcohol violations).
