Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of freight, including flatbed and tanker loads.

Duties
Operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed and tanker trucks, in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Load and unload freight as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other required documentation.
Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during transport.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks on the road and at loading/unloading sites.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience in truck driving with knowledge of manual transmission operation preferred.
Familiarity with route driving and freight handling practices.
Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading tasks is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Previous experience in commercial driving or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
