Trans-United, Inc. is one of North America’s TOP 50 Specialized Haulers we are seeking a highly-motivated Sales Professional that wants to be a part a growing and successful team . We are an asset based carrier with a logistics division with a core focus to the open trailer and specialized market. As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for building customer relationships and growing a sales team focused on the region. This will include direct sales to customers and training and leading a team of account managers.
Necessary Skills:
Sales experience in Transportation particularly with active customer relationships
Desire to cultivate and grow client relationships.
Ability to onboard and train new account managers
Knowledge of open-trailer equipment
Willingness to take on any challenge.
Ability to work in a TEAM oriented environment.
Knowledge of market conditions and ability to quote and WIN freight.
Strong computer and phone skills
You will be provided the best tools to do your job. We operate on the Mcleod software system, and we have our own auto rating tool (ART) which gives you the ability to provide freight rates for even the most complicated jobs in minutes. Pay: $65,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
