Overview: As a member of an inter-disciplinary Supply Chain team, a Receiver performs receiving tasks within the ERP system. This includes administrative tasks related to inspection, receiving, and distribution of inbound and outbound shipments. The position is responsible for communicating discrepancies in shipments with the Central Procurement department. The position is responsible for processing returns in conjunction with the Buyer. The position assists with Inventory Control functions related to receipts for inventory items. Responsibilities: Receiving / Delivery
Completes efficient and timely unloading of shipments from freight carrier through use of pallet jack, hand truck, or flatbed
Inspects packages for damages
Verifies product shipment to packing slip
Documents receipt of product in Lawson ERP system appropriately and accurately
Identifies and communicates with Central Procurement discrepancies in shipments
Files packing slips and receiving records
Completes deliver of packages to correct location per Purchase Order
Processes vendor returns in the ERP system and for the outbound freight carrier to process
Delivers supplies and/or equipment to other facilities/clinics within the region

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $15.56per hour – $25.21per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
