What You’ll Be Doing
Verify and process rail freight invoices and associated Bills of Lading.
Organize and maintain all counter billing associated with the railcar fleet.
Develop and maintain KPIs associated with rail logistics and railcar performance.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare reports on logistics activities, cost analysis, forecasting, inventory management and supply chain performance.
Assist with rail movement scheduling and coordination.
