Job Description
Quotes Administrator – Join a Fast-Paced and Collaborative Team!
Are you someone who thrives on precision, communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Quotes Administrator to play a key role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing customer quotations with accuracy, speed, and care.
In this pivotal support role, you’ll help ensure our customers receive timely and accurate quotes. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, pricing, and operations, becoming the connecting link that keeps our quoting process seamless and customer-focused.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer quotations quickly and confidently.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, pricing, and operations teams to deliver winning solutions for clients.
- Keep our records of quotes and rate agreements polished and up to date.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all quote-related enquiries — both internal and external.
- Support continuous improvement in our quoting and pricing processes.
- Ensure all quotes align with company policies, pricing structures, and approval workflows.
- Provide reporting and insights to help management make data-driven decisions.
- Assist with related administrative and documentation tasks as needed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with pinpoint accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re confident working with people across teams.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a similar admin environment (advantageous).
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word); CargoWise experience is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
