We are a growing dietary supplement and ingredient manufacturing company seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to support our production and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with purchasing experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and a strong grasp of international sourcing and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and order raw materials, packaging, and consumables
Negotiate vendor pricing and manage delivery timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules
Manage international purchasing, import/export paperwork, and freight
Maintain inventory levels and supplier records in ERP system
What You Bring:
2–5 years of purchasing experience in supplements, food, or pharma
Experience with import/export documentation and customs processes
Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
Familiarity with cGMP and FDA regulatory standards (21 CFR 111/117)
Strong attention to detail and vendor management skills
