We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented professional to oversee our procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to keep our production and deliveries running smoothly.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, inbound and outbound shipments, and inventory flow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys working with international suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Purchase and track parts and materials from local suppliers for conveyor manufacturing.
Order equipment and machines from European manufacturers (Italy, Germany).
Maintain and optimize inventory levels using internal tracking systems.
Coordinate inbound shipments to our facility and outbound logistics to customers across the U.S.
Monitor freight movement, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
Work closely with production, service, and sales teams to align supply chain with business needs.
Communicate with vendors and resolve supply-related issues proactively.
Maintain documentation and compliance for international imports and exports.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations (international preferred).
Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g. Fishbowl, Katana, or QuickBooks Commerce).
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Working knowledge of freight forwarding, Incoterms, and customs documentation is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work on-site in Carlsbad, CA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
Experience with importing equipment from Europe or Asia.
Bilingual (English, Spanish, Italian, or German ) a plus, but not required.
Pay & Benefits:
Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay: $42,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
