Now Hiring: Project Manager – iCargo Upgrade
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major airline client on a large-scale IBS iCargo platform upgrade. This role will lead end-to-end project execution across business, technology, vendor, and offshore delivery teams.
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Pay Rate: $55–$58/hr

7Key Responsibilities
:• Lead the iCargo upgrade program across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercar
e• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, scope, and budget trackin
g• Coordinate with Cargo Digital Products, Cargo Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT engineering, integration teams, IBS Software, consulting partners, and offshore delivery team
s• Manage vendor deliverables against SOW commitments, milestones, dependencies, and risk
s• Oversee SIT, UAT, operational readiness testing, defect triage, release planning, go-live readiness, and deployment activitie
s• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and escalation
s• Prepare executive-level reporting, status dashboards, KPIs, financial updates, and stakeholder communication
s• Support change management, training, documentation, rollout planning, and operational readiness across cargo location
s• Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks, PMO standards, documentation, approvals, and audit requirement
sRequired Experience
:• 5–10+ years of Project or Program Management experience supporting large-scale IT implementations or enterprise system upgrade
s• Strong experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and hypercar
e• Experience managing third-party vendors or implementation partners against SOW deliverable
s• Strong stakeholder management experience across business, IT, and executive leadershi
p• Experience coordinating with offshore or global delivery team
s• Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, release management, defect triage, go-live readiness, and production deployment
s• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or simila
r• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
