WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- To be the site representative tof CEVA to work and support all CEVA IPES customers in Vung Tau
- To perform the site works: for CEVA PL team Survery the cargo; submit the bids;
- Sign the POD with customers, make the timesheet/site reports and other related jobs at site if required
- To act as site point of entry for O&G requests originating from the customer and liaises with the PL team
- To protect the company benefit by strictly complying all policies, regulations.
- To cooperate with other related departments/ divisions during performing the assigned job.
- To study the O&G market inclusive of but not limit to competitors, customers, regulations
- To complete the committed budget
- To complete the assigned job when required
- To report to direct manager or higher when required
QHSE AND COMPLIANCE
- Ensure compliance to the CEVA’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
- Ensure understanding and implementation on CEVA’s Value in daily work behaviors
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marine Transportation is preferable.
- Experiences in Trading or Freight Forwarding companies is priority.
- Site experience in the oil & gas industry with excellent contacts to all major players in oil & gas products & services is a plus.
- Competent in customs clearance formalities and site co-odination works.
- Vietnamese mother tongue with strong command of English language
- Good in communication skills
