Job Title: Project Freight Coordinator
Locations: Bremen (Germany)
Salary: £50-£75,000
Job Description:
Coordinate and manage global sea freight shipments, including export, import, and cross-trade logistics.
Oversee medium- to large-scale logistics projects, ensuring efficient execution.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of transport orders.
Process freight and customs invoices, prepare import/export documentation, and complete customs declarations.
Organise and monitor global transport operations, managing customer orders from quotation to invoicing.
Plan and coordinate oversized and heavy transport, including truck, rail, FTL, and LTL, securing necessary permits.
Prepare cost calculations and quotations, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Profile:
Familiarity with export/imports handling and customs regulations
Experience in project logistics
Fluent in German & English
