Summary: Assist with the day-to-day operations and help the Project Managers with assigned tasks.
Duties:
Work with commercial & retail customers & contractors
Acquire pricing from vendors to ensure accurate costs
Create an estimate and send it to customers for approval
Link documents to work orders, contracts, and purchase orders within the software
Coordinate/schedule daily field installations
Download and print plans
Assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory is correct
Participating in year-end inventory
Helps create CAD drawings for construction projects
Help with material takeoffs
Record damaged material received and file a freight claim
Software Maintenance and upkeep as needed
Partners with our Safety Department and Operations Leadership, promoting and ensuring a safe work environment, and ensuring all safety precautions are met
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Prompt and reliable attendance
Qualifications
The individual must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, as well as proven customer service. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work under minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and professionally interact with others.
Education Requirements
Position prefers a High School Diploma with a basic understanding of the office setting operations.
Licenses & Certifications
A valid driver’s license with the ability to be covered under the company’s insurance.
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of computers and various computer programs (MS Office)
Knowledge of CAD is preferred.
Willingness to take on and/or learn new things.
Willingness to promote & represent the Company.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
