The Admin and Logistics Officer will beresponsible for overseeing and managing the daytoday logisticaloperations from Abud Dhabi to DAS Island and back with a focus oncoordinating flights handling bookings and ensuring the efficientmobilization of manpower. The role involves managing travelschedules maintaining

effective communication

with variousstakeholders and supporting operational needs in a

dynamic

andfastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Coordination  andBooking

Manage flightschedules and ensure timely booking of flights to and from DASIsland.

Coordinate with ADNOC focal person andother service providers to ensure smooth and timely flightarrangements.

Confirm and track flightreservations making adjustments as needed due to changes inschedules or unforeseen circumstances.

Monitorflight availability cancellations delays and communicate with staffregarding any travelrelated issues.

Prepare andmaintain records of all the site mobilization and demobilizationfor tracking and reportingpurposes.

Manpower Mobilization Coordinatethe  transportation of personnel to and from DAS Island as peroperational requirements.

Ensure that allnecessary documents (OPTIMA Flight reservation requests Mess Request Accommodation requests) are prepared and provided to ADNOCFocal person well in advance to get the mobilization done in timelymanner.

Ensure that all logistics for teamrotations work shifts and site operations are seamlesslycoordinated.

Logistics Support and Administrative

Duties

Maintain  recordsof all logistical activities including manpower schedules travelarrangements and transportationresources.

Track inventory and manage suppliesrequired for smooth operations on DASIsland.

Organize accommodation catering andother support services for staff andvisitors.

Prepare reports on logisticsincluding cost tracking utilization of resources and operationalefficiency.

Liaise with contractors vendors andother third parties to ensure all logistics operations are carriedout in compliance with company policies and industrystandards.

Safety andCompliance

Ensure thatall logistical operations including flight arrangements andpersonnel transportation comply with health safety andenvironmental regulations.

Stay up to date onrelevant regulations and best practices related to aviation traveland personnel mobilization.

Ensure the properhandling of emergency travel requirements or unforeseen logisticalchallenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in logistics business administration or a relatedfield.

Minimum of 23 years of experience inlogistics travel coordination oradministration.

Have ADNOC Offshore and Islandbased projects experience.

Experience inorganizing flights travel bookings and coordinating manpowermovements.

Knowledge of relevant software toolsfor booking scheduling andcommunication.

Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills.

Ability to work underpressure and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Strong attention todetail and problemsolvingcapabilities.

Knowledge of health and safetystandards in the logistics and transportation sectors is aplus.
