At Samsara Africa Travel, we curate bespoke itineraries that exceed our guests’ expectations. As part of our ground operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless, high-quality experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tourism products in South Africa, specifically within Johannesburg, Sandton, Rosebank, O.R. Tambo and neighbouring regions
• Provide executive and luxury chauffeuring services in line with hospitality industry standards
• Utilise excellent knowledge of local routes and attractions to provide efficient and enjoyable travel
• Maintain high standards of professional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Communicate professionally in English with international guests (written and verbal)
• Maintain a clean driving record, prioritising the safety and comfort of all passengers
• Present a professional appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards
• Adapt effectively in a dynamic environment and remain receptive to operational feedback
Requirements
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in executive or luxury chauffeuring
• Code 10 licence advantageous but not required
