About the Role
We’re working with a rapidly expanding, Australian-owned skincare brand known for their natural and ethically produced products, distributed globally. They’re seeking a Compliance & Production Manager to join their tight-knit team and take the lead on end-to-end production, global logistics, and regulatory compliance.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid background in manufacturing and supply chain, particularly within the cosmetics, skincare or health industries, who is detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements for packaging, formulations, and product certifications
Manage international product registrations and maintain all compliance documentation
Coordinate end-to-end production timelines and supplier communications
Oversee purchase orders, cost tracking, and global sourcing in collaboration with Finance
Manage shipping logistics and customs processes; liaise with freight providers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements for packaging, formulations, and product certifications
Manage international product registrations and maintain all compliance documentation
Coordinate end-to-end production timelines and supplier communications
Oversee purchase orders, cost tracking, and global sourcing in collaboration with Finance
Maintain artwork and packaging specs; liaise with design teams and suppliers for approvals
Supervise product coding, barcoding, and repacking across global warehouse partners
Manage shipping logistics and customs processes; liaise with freight providers and internal stakeholders
