Summary: The Production Coordinator will support the production teams in production, inventory, bill of lading, and invoice ticketing processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Start production process by using D365 software to put order numbers into system.
Create production lines for product to put into inventory.
Schedule and quote freight options and pickups for orders and quotes.
End production lines accurately by coordinating lines with paperwork.
Enter inventory adjustments into a journal to balance inventory.
Complete internal transfers and work orders between our Medford, Merrill, and Green Bay divisions.
Assist in the purchasing department as needed.
Will assist the customer service department with order entry and quoting process when needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
One year of office experience, preferred.
Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
