Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and proactive Production & Warehouse Coordinator to manage and streamline our production and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and efficient shipping logistics. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of ownership to support daily operations and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an organized warehousing system that enables accurate material allocation for production and ensures precise inventory tracking and counts.
Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, physical inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Prepare materials for production runs
Develop and implement efficient logistics and shipping strategies to meet customer delivery expectations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality, packaging, and delivery standards.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to align shipping schedules and priorities.
Follow and enforce health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings in shipping and warehouse operations.
Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Demonstrated proactivity in identifying and resolving issues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment by demonstrating discipline and flexibility.
Job Type: Full-time
