Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Specialist with 3–5 years of experience and fluency in Mandarin to join our team. This role will be responsible not only for purchasing and supplier management, but also for coordinating international ocean freight shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Kandi America is the U.S. subsidiary of Kandi Technologies and serves as the key distributor for golf carts, UTVs, and e-bikes in the North American market. Based in Dallas, TX, our mission is to provide innovative, eco-friendly, and reliable off-road vehicles for both recreational and commercial use. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Chinese and English-speaking suppliers to request quotations, negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
Issue and manage purchase orders based on internal demand and project timelines.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers on ocean freight booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
Ensure proper documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, B/L, etc.) is completed and filed for customs clearance.
Track order and shipment progress; proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
Review invoices and coordinate with the finance team for payment processing and reconciliation.
Maintain and evaluate supplier performance and support new supplier development.
Collaborate closely with inventory, logistics, and product teams to ensure operational alignment and stock availability.
Maintain accurate purchasing and logistics records, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal processes.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics, preferably in international trade or manufacturing environments
Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to communicate with overseas suppliers
Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, including ocean freight booking and customs documentation
Excellent negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
