POSITION/TITLE: Procurement Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Purchasing
REPORTS TO: VP
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Manage purchasing of spare part, Packaging Material, Office Supplies and other operational items e), and send the Purchase orders to our suppliers.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and develop new suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, finance, warehouse, production, sales, and China headquarters to ensure smooth procurement and logistics.
- Tracking and updating the arrival time for the Purchase order.
- Maintain purchasing records and material master data, and support urgent sourcing requests.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual ability (English and Chinese) to support smooth communication with global suppliers and headquarters.
- · Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
- Experience with ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and international logistics.
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
