Role and Responsibilities
Indirect Procurement: Executes the procurement of indirect purchases such as IT equipment and office supplies, manages asset inventory and labeling, ensures budget alignment for fixed assets in local operations, maintains updated pricing, and handles purchase orders from initiation to closure.
Bidding and Supplier Coordination: Issues RFQs, follows up with suppliers to collect quotations and required information, updates procurement databases and supplier records, tracks freight costs, and maintains the bid logbook in coordination with sales.
Project Kick-Off and Post-Production Procurement: Consolidates and communicates supplier quotations, prepares purchase orders and proforma invoices, develops and updates delivery schedules, conducts weekly reporting on procurement status, and collaborates with the design team for necessary modifications.
Procurement Support: Ensures adherence to supply chain tools and processes, supports supplier sourcing, evaluation and registration, maintains an up-to-date supplier database in coordination with PMO, and assists operations in procurement and supply chain activities.
Procurement Administration & Compliance: Maintains procurement records and documentation, monitors budget adherence, assists in cost analysis and invoices reconciliation, ensures procurement compliance with company policies, and supports audit preparations.
Collaboration & Support: Works closely with internal teams to ensure efficient procurement workflows, assists the Procurement Manager with reporting and administrative tasks, maintains pricing and supplier records, and supports contract administration for procurement agreements
Qualifications Requirements
3-5 years of relative work experience.
Knowledge and experience in procurement management.
Technical background and experience in Tower, Power, civil works, Fiber optics etc.. is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
French is plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration.
Engineering Degree is a plus.
MSc is a plus.
