Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer) and Car Logistics Coordinator to

join ourdynamicteam

in a leading construction company in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s vehicle fleet logistics, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and acting as a liaison with government departments for various administrative functions.

Duties

:  Act as the primary point of contact for all government-related processes, including visa, labor, and immigration procedures. Handle all paperwork and processes related to employee work permits, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure compliance with local government rules and regulations, especially in relation to labor law, company registrations, and trade licenses. Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and Traffic Department for permits, approvals, and other official documentation.

Maintain records of all legal documents and licenses, ensuring timely renewals. Assist with handling any government inquiries, inspections, or compliance audits.  Car Logistics Responsibilities:  Oversee and manage the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal usage, maintenance, and compliance with all regulations. Track and maintain accurate records for asateel , darb , salik ,vehicles, including servicing, fuel consumption, repairs, and insurance renewals.

Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Coordinate transportation and logistics for company operations as needed. Provide support for vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance requirements. Ensure that company vehicles are always ready for operational use, adhering to safety standards. Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and vendors to ensure timely service and delivery of equipment/parts. Assist with the preparation and submission of reports regarding vehicle and equipment status.

Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and operational policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience  in a similar role within the UAE, preferably in the construction or related industry. In-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations, including visa processing, labor law, and vehicle registration procedures. Strong understanding of car logistics and fleet management. Excellent

communication skills

in English, both written and spoken (Arabic is a plus). Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. UAE driving license & own car is a must.  Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED
