An established private equity investment platform with a strategic focus on the gaming and entertainment sector is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing team. Backed by a well-capitalised European investment group, the fund operates with a long-term perspective, investing in scalable businesses across online gaming, tech, and digital entertainment.
This is a rare opportunity to transition from investment banking into the buy-side, working with a high-calibre team on both new investments and active portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
Support deal teams across the full investment lifecycle: origination, due diligence, execution, and monitoring
Build detailed financial models, perform valuations, and contribute to investment committee materials
Conduct market and competitor research within the global gaming and digital entertainment space
Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic and operational initiatives
Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory
Strong analytical skills with solid financial modelling and valuation experience
Demonstrated interest in gaming, tech, or digital sectors
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and in lean deal teams
European language skills a plus, but not required
