Job Description
Responsibilities：
- Responsible for quotation of ocean freight rates and local charges for full container
- Establish and maintain good cooperation relationship with shipping lines
- Responsible for communication with trailer suppliers and internal warehouse and maintain good cooperation relationship.
- Collate internal quotation form, including ocean freight and local charges.
- Support sales team to provide competitive quotation.
- Support and cooperate with the Ocean Product teams’ pricing direction in China.
- Participate in the quotation of sea freight and local charges for country RFQ/Biddings
- Market intelligence and regular weekly dialogue with trade team
- Vendor management Volume win ratio/growth ratio, GP measures
- Country tender/RFQ
- Combination of contracts Country carrier deal, SPOT, local solution
- Daily meeting/review on solution with CMT/booking team
- Special cargo inquiry with carriers, including DG, OOG
- Daily win/loss file update
- To fulfill other works required by the superior
Job Requirements
Requirements：
- College degree or above
- More than 1-2 years’ experience in international logistics industry
- Familiar with world ports, and Shanghai export shipping prices
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Positive, active, optimistic, team player, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure
