Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all pre‑arrival arrangements are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate vessel port calls from pre-arrival to departure.
- Manage and support sub-agents to ensure smooth port and husbandry operations.
- Act as the key point of contact between vessel principals, crews, and local stakeholders.
- Monitor service delivery, costs, disbursements, and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, sub-agents, and service providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and business growth.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in ports operation or relevant experience in maritime services.
