Key Responsibilities:
Delivering and receiving correspondence and Invoices, that to following up and resolving issues with Saudi customs, Ports & Operators, specifically at the Dammam and Jubail Ports.
Additionally, office work involving the tracking and submission of manifests, including imports, exports, transshipments, and empty containers) by FASAH Or PCS (Customs & Ports System) & mails etc..
Monitoring and uploading customs invoices and port invoices into the company’s systems for the relevant department to process.
Use the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) platform to submit letters, procedures and issues related to the operational process.
We are looking for:
any related educational degree in the field.
2 or more years of experience.
Relationship Management.
