Transfer order execution and follow-up

1. After receiving the weekly plan output by the Chinese planning manager, the inventory quantity is reviewed, the daily transfer plan is formulated, and the weight and volume are adjusted according to the vehicle information provided by the transportation, and the order is uploaded to the TMS system
2. Follow up on the progress of transportation and dispatch to ensure that the vehicle arrives at the factory on time
3. Follow up with the warehouse to complete the loading, confirm whether the SKU and quantity of the installed SKU match the plan, and feedback the difference to the Chinese side for adjustment in a timely manner.
4. Follow up on the arrival of goods in transit, actively promote the solution of any abnormalities, and provide timely feedback to the Chinese side to inform and assist in solving the problem

Cross-departmental collaboration

1. Accurately communicate planned requirements to transportation, warehousing and customs clearance departments.
