Pipe Core is growing and we are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.
Pipe Core is an Australian business supplying equipment, materials and technical solutions to the trenchless, plumbing and infrastructure industries across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Planning Coordinator to support the next stage of the business.
This is a broad and hands-on role that will work closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing & Communication and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, inventory planning and supplier coordination across the business.
The role will be responsible for:
- Coordinating sales orders, purchase orders and inventory requirements
- Managing supplier lead times, backorders and replenishment planning
- Supporting inventory forecasting and stock control
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight
- Monitoring freight costs and delivery performance
- Maintaining ERP, inventory and freight system data
- Supporting stocktake activities and inventory reconciliation
- Providing reporting on inventory, order status and supplier performance
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in planning, inventory, purchasing, logistics or supply chain coordination
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel capability
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing or project-based environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams
