What is the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Payment Operations Agent for one of our global clients who is focused on transforming charitable giving. As a Payment Operations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments, while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to support the seamless flow of donations.

Essential Requirements
Fluent English speaker
Business writing experience
Quantitative and analytical skills
Positive attitude and team player
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting
Responsibilities
Bank account review on Admin Dashboard
Mark bank transfers as paid on Admin Dashboard
Mark cheques as paid / returned on Cheques spreadsheet and Admin Dashboard
Should demonstrate strong analytical skills to investigate payment transactions
Work Location
Home-based
Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
