Those services include international airfreight and ocean freight along with domestic freight and Customs brokerage. SEKO Denver needs someone to work part time to help manage our international shipments. This detail oriented and proactive candidate must have experience handling shipments in Cargowise. We are looking for someone to start as a part time employee with approximately 20 hours of work each week. We will try and be as flexible as possible when those hours happen.
We are growing and while this is only part time now it has the potential to grow into something more substantial and lucrative. This industry is fast moving and can be stressful at times so we try and not take ourselves too seriously and enjoy the craziness as best we can.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and services throughout our client’s supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various team mates and customers.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee logistics operations – primarily international air and ocean shipments
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure efficient service delivery.
Help troubleshoot delays and proactively communicate with customers
Experience
Proven experience working for a freight forwarder or Customs broker is a requirement
Experience working in Cargowise
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
